2. Services Provided

Lagoa Station offers a variety of sports, leisure, and wellness services, including padel courts, gym access, spa and wellness facilities, children’s play areas, dining options, and events.

3. Membership and Bookings

Membership

Membership options with exclusive benefits are available. Full details, including pricing, privileges, and conditions, can be found on our website or www.linktr.ee/lagoastation

Bookings

Reservations for padel courts and other services can be made through our online booking platform and are subject to availability.

Padel Court Booking Conditions Non-Members

• A reservation is only confirmed after payment of 25% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hoursbefore the scheduled reservation are non-refundable. The 25% deposit is fully retained.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hoursin advance may be converted into credit for future bookings. No cash refunds apply.
  
  

Members

• Members are not chargedany cancellation fee.
• Bookings may be cancelled without penalty, subject to the rules of the booking platform.
• Members receive exclusive discountson padel courts, classes, and additional services.

4. Code of Conduct

All users must:

• Treat facilities, staff, and other users with respect.
• Follow the rules for padel courts, gym use, and all facility areas.
• Avoid actions that may cause damage or create safety risks.

Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of access.

5. Safety and Liability

• Participation in sports and physical activities at Lagoa Station is done at each user’s own risk.
• Lagoa Station is not responsible for injuries or accidents occurring during activities or facility use.
• Minors must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.
• Users must follow all safety instructions and use equipment responsibly.
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, text, and media on this website are the property of PPI – Padel, Play, Invest, Lda. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese data protection laws. Detailed information is available in our Privacy Policy.

8. Payment Terms

Payments must be made as specified at the time of booking or purchase. Lagoa Station reserves the right to update prices or payment conditions with prior notice.

9. Electronic Complaints Book

Users may submit complaints or suggestions through the official Complaints Book.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Lagoa Station may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated appropriately

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.

Padel Academy Regulations

General Provisions

• Classes are open to the general public. Lagoa Station reserves the right of admission.
• Classes take place from 1 September 2025 to 31 July 2026, excluding national and municipal holidays, as well as 24, 26 and 31 December and 2 January.
• A minimum of 4 studentsis required per group.
• The academy may reorganize groups or change coaches whenever necessary and will inform parents or guardians when applicable.
• All situations not covered by these rules will be decided by the Management of Lagoa Station.
  
  

Registrations and Vacancies

• Registration must be completed via app.lagoastation.comand requires the student’s name, contact number, and email address.
• After registration is validated, payment for September and Julyis required.
• Enrollment continues unless the student withdraws through the same website.
• Withdrawal must be communicated by the 15th of the previous month; otherwise, the full fee for the following month will be charged.
• Students who do not wish to attend classes in July must inform the academy by May.
• Temporary suspension is permitted, but monthly fees must continue to be paid to maintain the student’s place.
  
  

Class Structure

• Classes last 45, 60, or 90 minutes.
• Students are placed based on age, technical level, and availability.
• Maximum students per category:
• LS Kids: 6
• LS Teens: 8
• LS Junior: 4
• Adults: 4
  
  

Payments and Monthly Fees

• Students joining after the start of the month pay a proportional amount.
• Monthly fees must be paid before the first class of the month, up to the 5th day.
• Fees are not reduced due to holidays, and missed classes are not compensated, except when multiple holidays occur on the same weekday in the same month or in cases of coach absence.
• Failure to pay may result in loss of the student’s class placement.
  
  

Lesson Packs, Private Lessons, and Match-Lessons

• Packs become active only after full payment and remain valid for 45 to 90 days, depending on the pack.
• Pack lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hoursin advance; otherwise, the session is deducted.
• The same rule applies to private lessons and match-lessons.
  
  

Absences

• Any absence, even when communicated, does not entitle the student to a refund or a make-up session.
  
  

Conduct and Responsibility

• Students must behave appropriately and use the facilities responsibly.
• Proper sports equipment, including appropriate footwear and clothing, is mandatory.
• Lagoa Station is not responsible for accidents resulting from improper equipment or failure to follow instructions.
• Parents or guardians must not interrupt classes or approach students or coaches during instruction time.
  
  

Image and Communication

• The academy may capture photos or videos during classes for use on its communication channels (website, social media, etc.).
• By enrolling, students and parents/guardians consent to such use.
